ShiftTrace Beta Testing Agreement

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the ShiftTrace Beta Program. This brief agreement outlines expectations during the beta phase.

1. The 30-Day Beta Period

You are granted free access to the ShiftTrace platform for a period of 30 days. During this time, the software is provided "as is" to test features and stability in real-world scenarios.

2. No Payment Required

Access during this 30-day beta is entirely free. No credit card is required, and there will be no surprise charges. Payment will only be required if you choose to continue using the commercial version after the beta period ends, and only after formal agreement.

3. Feedback Expectations

In exchange for free access, we ask that you actively use the software with your team and provide honest feedback. This includes reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and sharing how the app impacts your client reporting.

4. Confidentiality

You agree that the features, designs, and capabilities of the ShiftTrace beta are confidential. You agree not to share screenshots, account access, or detailed descriptions of unreleased features with direct competitors or the public without our consent.

5. Permission to Use Anonymised Feedback

We may use the feedback, suggestions, and metrics gathered during your beta period to improve the product. We may use anonymized quotes internally or for development purposes.

6. Case Studies & Testimonials

We will never publish your company name, logo, or a public testimonial/case study without your explicit, written approval first. Your participation remains private unless you agree otherwise.
